Premier Shade Design, LLC ("Premier Shade Design," "we," "us") designs, fabricates and installs commercial and residential shade structures across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and New Mexico. We collect information you give us directly, mainly through the quote request form on this site or when you call, text or email us. That can include:

- Project details you share with us, such as location, structure type, size and timeline
We don't ask for or store payment information on this website. Payment is handled separately once a project is contracted.

We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your quote request and follow up by phone, text or email
- Schedule site visits and prepare estimates
- Keep records related to projects we're contracted to complete
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Third-party services
Quote requests submitted through our website form are processed by Formspree, a third-party form-delivery service, which forwards your submission to our email. Formspree's own privacy practices apply to that processing; see Formspree's privacy policy for details.
Data retention
We keep quote requests and related project information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, complete a contracted project, and satisfy our own business and insurance record-keeping.
Your choices

Children's privacy
This site is intended for business and homeowner customers and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
